Onboarding Prerequisites for Hosted Essentials

The following actions must be performed before adding the new Hosted Essentials service:

Register the customer sub domain on the Customer tenant (see Register Customer Tenant Sub domain).

■

Add a new record of the Customer Sub domain in the DNS Zone of the Service Provider tenant (seeRegister Customer Tenant Sub domain).

■

Activate the domain by activating a M365 user license on the customer tenant (see Activate the Customer Domain).

■

After Service Provider adds the new customer sub domain to the DNS zone, verify on M365 customer tenant (see Verify Domain)

■

Perform basic configuration of customer tenant from PowerShell command shell (see Add Voice Route and Online Voice Routing Policy)

■

Setup Multiple regions (see Setup Multiple Regions)

■

Add the new customer (see Add Customers) and service Onboarding with Hosted Essentials.
